--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. OFFLOAD NOW!

READ: Luke 12:13-21

[13]And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.[14]And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?[15]And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.[16]And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:[17]
And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?[18]And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.[19]And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.[20]But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?[21]So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

MEMORISE: And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses” (Luke 12:15)

EXPOSITION
God’s perfect plan for His dear chosen people (believers) as regards material and spiritual blessing is uncompromisingly solid. (Eph. 1:3). Who says a Christian cannot be rich? Who says you can’t own mansions, estates and fleet of cars? Who says because you are holy, you can’t be a millionaire, billionaire etc? Who says a Christian cannot be rich to the extent of lending to nations? (Deut. 28:11) Sure answer: it can never be God! And if it is not God who says, anyone else should be ignored. (Num. 23:19).

However, our material riches may be vast, yet God wants these riches to be spread and broadcast (scattered) (Eccl. 11:1). When the load of Christian’s riches is becoming much and much, he/she needs offloading! How? Simple: some of these riches need to be shed elsewhere, if you will not murder sleep because of them! Jesus truly said this as regards prosperous men but are poor towards heaven, “It will be easier for camel to pass through the needle eye than for the rich to enter into the kingdom of God” (Lk. 18:25). What needs to be done is offloading the “camel” in order to be able to enter the kingdom of God freely.

Rich? Are you offloading daily? If no, the wealth you are amassing in terms of landed properties, fat bank account and multi-national investments may serve as barrier to getting to heaven. Will you humbly offload some today? Do you wish to be called a fool? A fool is not just a person who says there is no God (Psalm 14:1), he/she is one who is self-centered, has no regard for any other person (including God). Learn from the parable of Jesus in Lk. 12: 20, 21.

PRAYER POINTS
1. O Lord, make me rich towards heaven.
2. Father, I receive the grace to be rich on earth and towards heaven.
3. Lord, drive out the spirit of miserliness from our Church members.
