So far, we have seen 6 critical keys to discovering and receiving your ministry, I have said you must have a revelation, be full of the Spirit, have a keen sense of divine timing for your life, maintain a correct church membership position, be under correct leadership and must understand and protect your divine linkages. I will be sharing the final one with you today.
7. You must have the willingness to change: If you are not willing to change, you are not going to enter into fullness of God's ministry for your life. The only thing permanent in God's kingdom is change. Sometimes change is painful; sometimes change is difficult. This is because we are creatures of habit. You must be flexible and pliable in the hand of the Holy Spirit especially in moving from level to level. In moving with the pillar of cloud in the wilderness, God made the children of Israel live in the tent which was not permanent but temporary and easy to dismantle. They had to be ready to change location anytime the pillar of cloud moved, if they were going to move with God to get to the Promised land. 
You mature as you change every time God makes a demand for change. If you see a person who says he has not changed in the past twenty years, you are looking at a person who has not grown in twenty years. As a wife or husband, you have to change if your marriage will work. As a pastor, you must be willing to change if you will discover and fulfil your ministry.

PRAYER: Lord, I submit myself to your leadership and I submit my will to yours in Jesus’ name. Amen!
