The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

There Is A Very Real Devil And His Purpose Is To Destroy You Physically, Emotionally, Mentally And Ultimately To Destroy Your Eternal Soul!
Jesus Christ recognized the reality of the devil!  It was a very real devil that tempted Jesus in the wilderness (Luke 4:1-13).  It was a very real devil who entered the Garden of Eden and deceived Adam and Eve into rebellion against the Word of God.  John the Revelator identified “that old serpent called the devil” in Revelation 12:9.
Satan is no myth! 
He’s a monster whose purpose is to defy God and destroy you!
The good news is that Jesus came to deliver us from the fear and bondage Satan intends.  For He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world and whom the Son sets free, is free indeed! (1 John 4:4, John 8:36).
