Encouragement for today April 29, 2018: from the Bible - Psalm 27:

--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
Persecution Is A Path To Spiritual Growth
It is in the midst of the struggle that our strength and endurance are developed
When we feel we have no strength to take another step, we can say with the psalmist, “The Lord is the stronghold of my life.”
When Satan’s forces batter us through persecution, we can lift up our voices and shout, “The one who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world!” John 4:4.
When our burdens are more than we can carry, we can simply cast all our anxiety on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7
We can never be defeated, for “in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us” Romans 8:37.
Persecution purifies the church.  It drives out the spiritual cowardice and faintheartedness.  It draws us “out of the closet.”  The first-century church was a persecuted church.  The persecution called forth the lionhearted.  May it happen again!
Do you know what is going to bring the church of Jesus Christ into unity?  Persecution!  We are going to see it in these United States before Jesus returns for His bride.  Get ready for the greatest shaking of the church since the first century.  It’s coming.
Persecution is the wind that spreads the fire of truth.  When persecution swept through Jerusalem, the Christians scattered abroad and preached the gospel everywhere. First-century persecution fanned the flames of missionary zeal until it set the world on fire.
The winds of persecution are blowing in our day.  They are only a faint breeze where many of us live.  But they’ll reach gale force before the Lord’s glorious return.  It won’t ruin the church—it will revive the church.
