--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. There are things that drive God away from a man’s life, and once they are found in your life, no matter what you do, you cannot qualify for the anointing. There were things that God saw in Saul that made God regret making him king. Saul wasn’t a sinner in the sense of committing fornication or other sins we often consider grave. Saul was one of the finest Jewish products of Judaism. But there was something in his heart that caused God to withdraw from him.

In the Bible, God would withdraw from somebody because He saw some things in his life. The body of Christ is full of many people that are like Saul; God had rejected him, yet he continued to reign. And there are many like David, anointed but not yet enthroned. You may be anointed without being enthroned yet because God is still taking you through His divine process.

The Lord said to Samuel, “Look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature because I have refused him.” That statement tells us that God had met Eliab before this statement and Eliab had failed God’s tests. God did not say, “I am refusing him.” He said, “I have refused him” even before Eliab came into that meeting. The first thing I want you to note is that Eliab’s father presented him, but God did not accept him. This is because there was something in him that God did not accept.

PRAYER: Search me thoroughly, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my thoughts; And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me and lead me in the everlasting way. Amen.
