DEVIL OWNS NOTHING.
Read Matthew 4:1-10
MEMORISE: And he said to him, " All these things I will give you if you will fall down and worship me (Matthew 4:9).
EXPOSITION
If you had known the limitation of Satan, the devil, you would not be so fearful of him or his antics Satan makes it real to the spiritually insensitive that he is omnipresent, whereas this is a fallacy! There is no way he can, only God is (1 Tim. 1:7). What he does is appointing agents to represent him. And that's why many are working today, not knowing they are doing so and most tragically, for their principal, Satan, the devil.
Satan does not have anything. He is a fallen Cherub, an outcast from heaven due to his sin (Isa. 14:12). He remains unrepentant and his end is destined to everlasting destruction with all his allies (Rev. 20:10). He is indeed the god of the wicked, idolatrous, deceitful, vain and evil world (2. Cor. 4:4) He can't be more or less than anything over those who have peace with God, liar and false lion (l Pet. 5:8) to true children of God. If he is anything at all, he is the one that the scripture says will be crushed under our feet presently (Rom. 16:20).
Why then is he being given much attention most especially in our prayers? Why do you so worry and dread about Satan? For true children of God, Satan is no issue because he cannot touch their lives though he may be allowed to touch their things (Job. 1:12). Satan only controls, manipulates and directs the lives of those who have chosen him as their father (Rom. 6:16).
He is a thief, robber, liar and deceiver (John. 10:9-10). He is very cunny (I John. 3:8). He makes fake things look real. He manipulates the gullible and ones at the tip of his fingers. All what you think he has (fame, illict wealth, power and and others) are those he stole and these are counterfeit. The original is with the CREATOR in fact, Satan is one of God's creatures, so he can't have anything? You should know that Satan has but nothing he owns nothing, except the ones you give him.
PRAYER POINTS:
1. Lord, I receive divine awareness of who Satan truly is.
2. Lord, I take advantage of Jesus unfailing victory over the devil in all challenges of life.
3. Devil, hear the Word of the Lord, you are defeated already so, remain under our feet in Jesus'name.
