Title:Jesus Calmed the Storm
Let us thank God for His mercy and grace to see a new day in the land of the living. He continues to be our sustainer. Our daily bible reading is coming from The book of Mark 4:35-41 . This place talks about how Jesus was in the boat with His disciples , and waves broke over the boat, and Jesus was in the stern sleeping on a cushion . The disciples woke Him up and said to Him, Teacher don’t you care if we perish? He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, QUIET! BE STILL! And the wind died down and it was completely calm. Vs 40 says that Jesus said to His disciples. Why are u so afraid? Do u still have no faith??.
Children of God, (Hebrew 13:8 ) says Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever. The same Jesus who stopped the storm two thousand years ago can also stop the storm of today. Why are you afraid of that storm ? Jeremiah 32: 27 says : Behold I am the God Lord , the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?
As Children of the Most High God let us know that Jesus is able to quiet any storm raging your way. There is nothing impossible for him to do. All power belongs to Him. Let us not be afraid of any challenges or any kind of storm that might be harassing your life, or whatever problem you may be passing through .
Let us not begin to entertain any fear . Let us call him, I believe and know that He is ever ready to answer. Probably you may have to repeat the same question the disciples asked Him during their own storm. (Mark 4: 38. ) Master do you not care that we are perishing? God is Mighty to save and Mighty to deliver. He is able to calm that storm my dear brother/ sister.
The world we live in is full of challenges, one problem to the other, God is still promising us to stay encouraged, He is faithful. Please let us lean on His promises, His power and His grace. He is our father and will not allow us to perish. Please my brothers and sisters . Let us not be afraid because the Lord is on our side.
Speak to that storm today, ask God the same question the disciples asked Him, He will stop, that storm of your life today, and you will testify in Jesus mighty name. Watch and pray for Jesus is coming soon. Give your life to Him today if you have not already done so. May God bless us in Jesus name .
Prayers: By the power in the blood of Jesus, I silence every demonic voice against my life in Jesus name. Any evil alter erected against me, let the fire of God begin to consume you in Jesus name. I silence every storm of my life by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name. I am fearfully and wonderfully made, devil you have no power over me, I stand on the Rock that never fails. In the name of Jesus, in that name that is above every other name, this storm of sickness, poverty, lack of job..... I silence you today and I shall have my peace in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
