27 And who of you by worrying can add one hour to [the length of] his life?
1 Peter 5:7 AMP; casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

In the work of ministry, there are things you CANNOT do anything about. In fact, there are some matters that you are NOT SUPPOSED to do anything about in life and ministry. There is no wisdom is worrying about such things. You will only waste time, energy and your emotion, if you choose to worry about them.
Instead of worry, direct the use of your time, energy and emotions towards your responsibilities. Find your responsibilities and work on them. 
For example, as a preacher, my responsibility is to prepare myself in the place of waiting on the Holy Spirit to get the message, preach it to the best of my ability in faith, and leave the result to God. I cannot decide for people to come to church or not. I cannot decide for the people that come to church to actively listen to my message or not. Those are things I cannot do anything about, and they qualify as cares to be cast on God.
Determine within yourself that those things I CANNOT or NOT SUPPOSED to do anything about will not be my worry, but God’s own.

PRAYER: Father, I choose not to worry, I commit all my cares to You. Thank You for your care for me. Amen!
