--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. Yesterday, I mentioned three (3) things that should not separate you: Satan, Men and Quarrels. Today, I will dwell more on quarrels because it is a very subtle tool of the devil that can separate a man completely from all that God planned for him.

Most often in life, when quarrels are not dealt with, it leads to offences and one thing that can separate a man so fast from God is offences. Watch out when offences show up and are coming more rapidly than usual, it means there is an attack that is hovering around you, and when the attack comes, it can separate you from God and His plan if not properly dealt with.

John the Baptist came in the anointing of Elijah, and when Jesus did not seemingly say anything as far as his imprisonment was concerned, he sent a message to Jesus saying, “Are you the one to come or should we wait for another one?” And Jesus said, “Go and tell John, the lame walk, the blind see, the deaf hear; blessed is he that is not offended at me.” Jesus detected offence in that statement. John the Baptist came in the spirit of Elijah. Both Elijah and John the Baptist were prone to offences, but Elijah dealt with his own so Jezebel could not overcome him. John did not deal with his own and that was what caused his anointing to be lifted, exposing him to be beheaded as planned by Herodias.

Whatever you do, don’t get offended because offences will come. Even the Lord Jesus Christ said it is impossible that offences will not come, but woe unto the man through whom they come.

PRAYER: Lord, protect and keep me from the danger of offences. Lord, give me a heart and spirit that forgives easily in Jesus’ name. Amen!
