--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. TOPIC - Where Change Starts
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Nehemiah 7-9; Acts 3
FIRE SCRIPTURE: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-19
MEMORY VERSE: “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” – John 8:32

The MESSAGE:
The responsibility of improvement falls on all of us. Supposing you could change anything in your life where would you start from? Sometimes, we often meet our destiny on the road we take to avoid it. The lost son “came to his senses”, “found himself”, in problems he never anticipated. The first step of change comes when people realise the foolishness of their actions, and sense the despair into which they have fallen.
The prodigal was dissatisfied with no one but himself, and spoke of no unworthiness but his own. He did not blame his plight on his former evil companions. He admitted to his rashness to have left the protection of his home and offered no excuses to cover up his guilt or justify his waywardness. He had reached rock bottom and his only remaining recourse was self-realisation and repentance. He confessed, “I have sinned, I am unworthy.”
When he compared himself with his friends –harlots and degenerates, he measured up favourably. Even later, when he was forced to work at a pigsty, he might have compared himself with the other farm hands and figured that he was better than them. But when his thoughts turned to home and he compared himself with the father he had abandoned, he admitted he was no longer worthy to be called his son. This realisation brought about a change of action and he adopted a new standard of comparison. We may look around us at people in various degrees of depravity and assume we are fine, but when our standard is Jesus Christ, we see our true condition and how hopelessly far we fall short of His standard and expectations.
Guilt and shame are painful feelings to face, yet we desperately need to see ourselves for what we are. Before we can respond to God’s mercy, we must see our unworthiness and the horror of how our sins have polluted our lives and offended God.
Realising he needed a change desperately, the prodigal son confessed his sin (offering no excuses). What change do you need to make today? Let your resolutions turn into action. This is an essential step to change. I pray that as you change and turn to God, you shall experience total recovery, in the name of Jesus.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:SELF-REALISATION BRINGS CHANGE IN ACTION.
PROPHETIC WORD:Power of positive change will overshadow you and move you to your Promised Land.
