--> Note :- Are you born again? You are never going to win the battle against the devil if you are not born again. I plead with you to give your life to Jesus today because the longer you stay in sin and remain unsaved, the more hardened your nature becomes against the purpose and the way God wants you to be for His purpose. To give your life to Jesus now, say this prayer: “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I know that I am a sinner and I cannot save myself but Jesus died for me and shed His blood that I might be saved. Today, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Jesus, I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord, wash me with Your blood and make me whole. I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.” I congratulate you and welcome you to the family of God if you have sincerely said that prayer. Now you are fit to discover, know and walk in your destiny. There are three levels of ministry, namely;
1. Believers level of Ministry;
2. Local church level of Ministry;
3. Body of Christ level of Ministry.
Some people have the three and some two. For instance, somebody can have a believer’s ministry of leadership, a local church ministry level of pastoring and a body of Christ ministry of teaching. You must not neglect one level of ministry for the other. At least, you must have two: believer’s level of ministry and local church level of ministry. Discover what you have grace to do and do it. If you don’t have grace to preach, don’t force yourself. Anything you force yourself to do or struggle to do, you don’t have grace for it.
Paul used the picture of the human body to explain the functioning of the body of Christ. So if we can understand the human body, we can understand the body of Christ.
Some words are important in this passage namely: The measure of faith (verse 3), Office (verse 4), Gifts (verse 6) and Grace (verse 6).
The four of them are interconnected. What Paul is really saying to us is that in any office that a member is, there is a grace that goes with it that makes it easier for him/her to function therein. You will discover that you don’t struggle in the office that your grace is, and you have the measure of faith that is needed to function effectively in that office. Some people strongly believe that everyone is called to do everything. What this passage is saying is that we are not called to do everything. You cannot do everything –you don’t have the grace. I will explain the role of grace to you for functioning on these three levels.

PRAYERLord, help me to function in my post both in my local church and the body of Christ in Jesus’ name. Amen!
