Once a year in September, we hold a finance convention in our ministry where we consider God’s plan for the financial and material success of His children. This year’s Finance Convention holds September 28-30, 2018 and you are particularly invited. 

In commemorating this year’s Finance Convention, September 2018 Spirit Meat will consider the subject of wealth and finances as it pertains to you as a believer.
 
Even though every believer is a spirit, that has a soul and lives in a body, God has put us on a material earth. The following are mistakes believers make that promote poverty in their lives:
 
MISTAKE #1: Increase your lifestyle and become flashy when God increases you. Beware of the plague of the South-western Nigerian that wants people to know he has arrived, when he is literally still in the elementary stages of financial breakthroughs.
 
MISTAKE #2: Ignoring attacks on your increase. Watch against this attack; Ecclesiastes 5:11 says “When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?” This attack includes satanic increase of needs and personal habits that make you spend your increase.
 
MISTAKE #3:Ignorance of the purpose of increase. When God brings increase into your life after you work the kingdom financial system, you must be able to answer, “What is God’s purpose for increase?” God brings increase into your life for four reasons: (1) To wipe out your debt (2) To start your own saving scheme (3) To get you into business (4) To advance the kingdom of God.
 
PRAYER: Lord, deliver me from folly that hinders me from wealth and increase in Jesus’ name, Amen!
